GQEX Reincorporates in Delaware

Jacksonville, Florida – Global Quality Exchange, Inc. (GQEX) today announced that it has completed a reincorporation in Delaware. GQEX was previously incorporated in South Carolina, and moved its company headquarters from Columbia, South Carolina, to Jacksonville, Florida in July 2008. Ronald D. Mathis, President and CEO of GQEX, stated “Changing our state of incorporation to Delaware will enhance our dividend paying flexibility for the benefit of our shareholders and permit the Company to benefit from other numerous advantages of being a Delaware corporation”. GQEX and its parent company, Apogee Global Resources, Inc., completed its first round of financing in October 2008, through various private accredited investors.
